MOSAIC

MOSAIC is a multilingual non-profit organization dedicated to addressing issues that affect immigrants and refugees in the course of their settlement and integration into Canadian society.

 

MOSAIC is one of the three immigrant serving agencies that supported AIMDBC Net and AIMD BC with funding from Canadian Heritage.  This has now completed but the support we get from MOSAIC continues. We have partnered with MOSAIC when it comes to receiving donations and they have been very generous with their time and support.  Currently we have jointly submitted an application for funding from the provincial government.

Immigrant Services Society

Immigrant Services Society of BC (ISS) provides a variety of services to Lower Mainland immigrant and refugee communities, and works with over 23,000 clients per year. ISS has a volunteer Board of Directors, a paid staff of over 200 and over 600 active volunteers.

ISS is also one of the three immigrant serving agencies that supported AIMDBC Net and AIMD BC with funding from Canadian Heritage. Although this has now completed we still receive support from ISS, specifically we use their meeting facilities on a monthly basis and the staff have been great helping us with setting up the rooms and making us feel comfortable.
