Thompson Rivers University: Kamloops BC, the only provider of the Respiratory Therapy program in BC. Program Description: TRU is the only educational institution in British Columbia to offer a program in Respiratory Therapy. The program is accredited by the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists. The program consists of two years of instruction at TRU followed by 47 weeks of clinical internship at accredited hospitals. Following successful completion of the program the graduate is awarded a University Diploma and is eligible to sit the National Certification Examination, for the professional qualification of R.R.T. (Registered Respiratory Therapist).

Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Science: For those who acquired a Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology from a foreign country and who may want to have his/her credentials evaluated by the Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Science.

Stanley Academy: The Stanley Academy, located in downtown Vancouver, is an institution dedicated to helping medical professionals learn the specialized English of medicine.  We help students learn medical terminology and become fluent speaking in a clinical setting. 


As well, we offer courses in Medical Licensing Exam preparation (MCC Evaluation and Qualifying I & II exams, as well as USMLE Step I, II & III).  Our classes are small and tailored specifically for foreign medical professionals.   Our courses are taught by medical professionals with previous experience taking medical licensing examinations.
